Code ownership in client engagements
Unless a statement of work says otherwise, clients own the application code we write for them, along with the repositories and cloud accounts it runs in, on final payment for the relevant stage.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided as-is. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of general guidance published here; engagement-specific terms are set out in the relevant statement of work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Next Mountain Ventures LLC is registered.
