When you contact us or join our newsletter we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, and whatever you tell us about your project. We also collect standard analytics about how the site is used — pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to send the route notes newsletter if you asked for it, and to understand which parts of this site are useful. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
Client project information
Anything you tell us about your business or product during a scoping conversation is treated as confidential. We will sign an NDA on request, before any detail is discussed.
Health information
This site is not intended for protected health information. If your project involves PHI, that engagement runs through our sister company HipaaSoft under its own HIPAA compliance program and Business Associate Agreement.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from any email with one click, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time by replying to any message from us.
