Next Mountain Development

Our process, stage by stage.

Good software isn't built in one push, and nobody should sign a twelve-month contract before seeing working software. We break every build into four stages with a fixed price and a real deliverable at each one. You can stop after any of them and still own everything.

STAGE 01

Planning

1—2 WEEKS · FIXED PRICE

We work out what you're really building and what it should cost. You leave with a clickable prototype and a priced plan you could take to any firm.

Discovery sessions with you and your team
Clickable high-fidelity prototype
Technical architecture outline
Fixed price and order for every later stage
STAGE 02

First build

2—4 WEEKS

We build the core loop — the one complete workflow that makes the product make sense — and put it in front of real people.

Working software in a staging environment
Weekly demo, not a status report
Authentication, data model and payment path done properly
A decision point: continue, adjust, or stop and keep everything
STAGE 03

Full build-out

3—6 WEEKS

Everything that turns a working prototype into a business: integrations, billing, mobile, AI, admin tooling, the second and third user types.

Integrations with the systems you already run
Billing, plans and admin tooling
Mobile apps where they're warranted
Monitoring, alerting and performance work
LAUNCH

Launch

LAUNCH WEEK

Launch, then hand over the keys. Repository, cloud accounts, documentation and a session with whoever will maintain it — including us, if you'd rather.

Production launch and rollout plan
Repo, infrastructure and account transfer
Documentation and handover session
Optional ongoing support retainer
How you'll work with us

You see the same board we do.

One shared tracker, one weekly call, one direct line to the team. No account manager translating between you and the people writing the code — you talk to the climbers.
